Description
A fabulous garden structure both in appearance and manufacture, you'll love the luxury and spaciousness offered by the Ella 14ft x 9ft Garden Building and the difference it makes to your lifestyle.
Supplied with a natural finish, the Nordic Spruce weatherproof cladding can be treated with one of three different coloured preservatives before it leaves the Palmako factory or you can paint the cabin on arrival
The strong roof is made up of 19mm tongue & groove boards, these can be waterproofed and protected by either EPDM, a durable rubber material, or traditional roofing felt which is cheaper but has a shorter life.
Double doors and a low stainless steel sill mean that entry into the main room is easy and the doors can be opened wide in the summer to let in plenty of sun and fresh air. With a sofa or dining furniture set, this will be a wonderfully relaxing place to be at any time of the year but particularly during the warmer months.
To the side there is a further smaller room that can have a variety of uses including but not necessarily exclusively storage. Like the larger room, this has real glass windows that flood the interior with light.
Along with guttering, flooring is an optional accessory to complete this marvellous structure whose robust nature is added to by durable foundation beams that ensure the cabin remains stable, and there's also the reassurance of a five year manufacturer's guarantee.

Unfortunately, due to the large size of the product, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, any other Offshore Island or Isle or to another country.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 30 - 40 working days (6 - 8 weeks) as this product is are imported on an order-by-order basis.
The carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Bespoke Product
This product is made to order and imported on an order-by-order basis. Therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production and/or importation may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles & Unloading
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton or 15-ton lorry, which is about the size of a dustbin lorry or large flatbed, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. Any pallets and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.
More About Palmako Products
All Palmako products, as standard and unless otherwise stated are delivered unassembled in kit form with the timber being unpainted and untreated. Roofing options such as felt, EPDM and shingles may not come as standard so please check the description carefully. Depending on the model, we suggest additional extras and accessories to match with your Palmako building such as timber treatment and roofing options - these can be found under product options. Sizes shown are maximum dimensions and should be used for guidance only.
