Description
With both a larger footprint and 2 extra full-length windows than its smaller counterpart, the Sussex 2 from Lasita's range of exceptionally well-designed log cabins will make the perfect summerhouse, gym, office or studio for almost any outdoor space with its sleek and contemporary design.
This brilliantly designed cabin from Lasita offers you everything you want from an outdoor log cabin with a large living area that can be used for a multitude of different purposes, extra-large double, bi-folding doors complete with windows and 2 extra full-length windows to allow maximum amounts of natural light into the cabin, keeping it well lit until sundown at which point it would need an independent electricity source. All the windows are premium double glazed for maximum heat retention and durability so they will not shatter easily!
All timber components are made exclusively using slow-grown Nordic Spruce timber which anyone from the industry will tell you has exceptional durability and sports a much more consistent finish when compared to other widely used timbers. The walls are assembled using 44mm thick logs in an interlocking build style for that classic log cabin look with the corners making use of chalet jointing for excellent wind resistance.
The floor and roof both make use of 18mm thick tongue and groove cladding adding to the structure's neat finish and outstanding durability. Furthermore, the bearers and foundation beams used are pressure-treated preventing rot and giving the structure extra rigidity throughout.
The roof covering is not included, leaving you with a choice of felt, premium felt or shingles which are available in a variety of colours. Also available is an insulation kit, a guttering kit and a painted finish - choose from the options below.

We offer inclusive delivery on Lasita Maja log cabins and structures within England, Wales and mainland Scotland.
We can deliver to certain non-mainland locations (as deemed by our carrier), however, a surcharge will apply. This includes delivery to:
- Northern Ireland
- Northern Scotland Including KW, IV, AB, PA, FK, KY, EH, ML, G, PH, DD and KA
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands Including HS1-9, ZE1-3, KA27-28, KW15-17
- Isle of Man and Isle of Wight
- The Channel Islands and Scilly Isles
In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote if you require delivery to one of our non-mainland stated areas and we will be happy to provide you with our best price to deliver to you.
Unfortunately, due to the large nature of the products, we are unable to ship to the Republic of Ireland or to any other country not stated above.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 8 weeks (Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 - 8.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
