With its pent roof design and extra-large, double bi-folding doors, the Sussex 1 log cabin from Lasita will make an excellent addition to almost any outdoor space, offering you the ideal outdoor cabin to use however you please.
This charming log cabin from Lasita would make an ideal garden office, gym, studio or simply a summerhouse for any garden setting. It makes use of slow-grown Nordic Spruce timber which is known for both having a smooth and consistent finish as well as having superior durability when compared to most other timbers used on the market.
The focal point of this cabin has to be its extra-large, double bi-folding doors that come complete with built-in full-length windows to allow plenty of natural light to pour into the cabin during the day and when the temperature gets too warm, opening these doors will instantly allow the warm air to escape. They're double glazed to a high specification, 4mm glass, 14mm cavity, 4mm glass and are laminated. Aside from their practicality, these doors look sublime and really add to the already wonderful aesthetic of the cabin as a whole.
As well as making use of 44mm thick Nordic Spruce logs for the walls, which are assembled using an interlocking build system, the roof and floor both make use of 18mm thick tongue and groove cladding optimising the strength of the structure. Furthermore, chalet jointing has been used for the corners adding extra wind resistance and the use of pressure-treated foundation beams and bearers give you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to the longevity of the structure, backed by the manufacturer's guarantee.
The roof covering is not included, leaving you with a choice of felt, premium felt or shingles which are available in a variety of colours. Also available is an insulation kit, a guttering kit and a painted finish - choose from the options below.

We offer inclusive delivery on Lasita Maja log cabins and structures within England, Wales and mainland Scotland.
We can deliver to certain non-mainland locations (as deemed by our carrier), however, a surcharge will apply. This includes delivery to:
- Northern Ireland
- Northern Scotland Including KW, IV, AB, PA, FK, KY, EH, ML, G, PH, DD and KA
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands Including HS1-9, ZE1-3, KA27-28, KW15-17
- Isle of Man and Isle of Wight
- The Channel Islands and Scilly Isles

Unfortunately, due to the large nature of the products, we are unable to ship to the Republic of Ireland or to any other country not stated above.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 8 weeks (Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 - 8.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
