Description
The Barbados 3 log cabin from Lasita Maja's impressive range of garden buildings will make the perfect outhouse for a wide range of outdoor spaces with its sleek and contemporary design.
Constructed using slow-grown, high-grade Nordic Spruce timber which is known for its impressive durability, longevity and consistent finish and as a result, your cabin will stand the test of time and look sublime whilst doing so. The Nordic Spruce logs will interlock to create the 44mm thick walls, making assembly straightforward, with fully detailed instructions provided.
Due to the low ridge height of less than 2.5m, which is the maximum height a garden structure can be before you are required to apply for planning permission, you don't have to worry about this aspect, however, there are other stipulations in place so we always advise contacting your local council before construction.
Entry to your cabin is granted through large double doors which sports a low threshold that has been covered by a stainless steel cover. Further, these doors are laminated and boast premium double glazed windows which along with the other 3, double glazed, tall, single, tilt and turn windows, allow masses amounts of natural light to our inside the cabin, making it viable for a plethora of uses.
Furthermore, on the inside of the cabin, you'll find 18mm tongue & groove floor and roof boards along with a pressure treated floor and treated bearers to match. The bearers, as well as the innovative chalet corner jointing, mean that this cabin boasts extra resistance to the elements, increasing both its durability and longevity, a notion that's backed by the manufacturer's generous guarantee.
The roof covering is not included, leaving you with a choice of felt, premium felt or shingles which are available in a variety of colours. Also available is a guttering kit, an insulation kit and a painted finish - choose from the options below.

Note: Screws and nails for your insulation kit are not supplied, as can differ depending on your needs install requirements.

Inclusive Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Scotland
We offer inclusive delivery on Lasita Maja log cabins and structures within England, Wales and mainland Scotland.
We can deliver to certain non-mainland locations (as deemed by our carrier), however, a surcharge will apply. This includes delivery to:
- Northern Ireland
- Northern Scotland Including KW, IV, AB, PA, FK, KY, EH, ML, G, PH, DD and KA
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands Including HS1-9, ZE1-3, KA27-28, KW15-17
- Isle of Man and Isle of Wight
- The Channel Islands and Scilly Isles
In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote if you require delivery to one of our non-mainland stated areas and we will be happy to provide you with our best price to deliver to you.
Unfortunately, due to the large nature of the products, we are unable to ship to the Republic of Ireland or to any other country not stated above.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 8 weeks (Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 - 8.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.
