Description

This is longest Neptune greenhouse, a version that’s designed for people who are very serious about their gardening and will be impressed by the 124 sq ft of working space.

Once the door of has been smoothly slid back you step inside a bright interior, the result of superb glazing. It might be only then that you realise the greenhouse’s strikingly spacious nature. 

It’s no surprise that the green powder coated aluminium frame will remain crisp and untarnished for many years.

Two opening vents control temperature, humidity and the circulation of air, gutters capture rainwater so that it can channelled into a butt and corner eaves and ridge plates, in addition to roof and side braces, add strength and durability.

Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh (including the following Scottish postcodes: TD, DG, KA, ML, EH, G, FK and KY).

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver VitaVia greenhouses to allotments due to delivery carrier limitations.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 30 working days (2 - 6 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 15-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Fantastic service

Following a order cancellation which I had made 3 months prior., I was left trying to source a greenhouse. Garden site were excellent. They contacted the supplier to confirm that the model that I wanted would come within the stated lead times and phoned me back within 20 minutes. Greenhouse ordered, delivery advised and arrived as expected. I paid extra for installation which was worth every penny. 2 men arrived at a pre arranged time of 9am and assembled the 14 x 8 greenhouse and were gone by midday. I have since purchased more products from garden site and wouldnt hesitate recommending them.
