I received this product in what I believe to be fast timing ,unfortunately I HAD ordered the wrong size, asked if I could exchange for correct one I was told by a person named Carl NOT A PROBLEM just send it back and we will send you the correct one, very polite staff I give them full marks once again thankyou!!!

Excellent but pricey product
Finally found a downspout for my greenhouse which fitted refectly but I thought it was rather expensive given it was only a couple of bits of plastic!!

Replacement down pipes - excellent service!
I needed replacements but needed to ensure they would fit. Telephoned for advice and received excellent advice including product codes. Placed the order in the afternoon and amazed to receive the goods early next morning. Well packaged, clearly addressed, including note to leave with neighbour if out. Perfect fit! Top class service at a very fair price. Will be using this firm again and will recommend to my many gardening friends.

I've been looking for a rainwater downpipe to fit my greenhouse for a long time so I'm glad to say this one fitted.
