See our range of official Halls branded acrylic curved roof panels suitable for the Halls supreme, Halls silverline and Halls supreme wall garden greenhouse ranges.
Specially made for the Halls greenhouses ranges Supreme and Silverline, these unique curved-style glazing panes allow you to replace missing, broken or worn panes on your existing greenhouse. Available in a variety of sizes to fit your specific greenhouse model and size. Simply measure your existing pane and match it up to our glazing size options below - glazing sizes change over time so it is essential to measure your existing greenhouse in order to buy the correct sized replacement panels.
Each of our curved glazing panes is crafted from 1.5mm thick acrylic and boasts additional properties to limit fading and scratches.
These are official Halls Greenhouse branded replacement parts, made by the manufacturer Halls and so are not a cheap reproduction, but original spares to help you repair your greenhouse back to its original state.
How To Fit Curved Acrylic Panels on a Halls Greenhouse
- Fitting replacement curved panels in your greenhouse is easy enough, but we recommend having a second person to make it a smoother and swifter process by helping to hold the panel in place as it gets secured into your greenhouse frame.
- If you haven't already done so, remove the old panel by firstly removing the w-shaped clips on the edges, and the plastic retaining bars that hold it into place on the frame - the panel should then pop out if gently pushed from the inside.
- Prepare the new panel by removing any exterior plastic film that protects it during transit. Note: The side of the panel which has the plastic film on is the exterior-facing side and so should be facing the outside.
- Curve the new panel around the curved aluminium section of the greenhouse frame and push it into place, then slot into the retaining bars that hold it in place back onto the top and bottom.
- Secure further with w-shaped spring clips on either side, which pop into groves within the greenhouse framing.
