Description
These handy greenhouse blinds can be installed in under 30 seconds and will provide shade against the harsh sun.
Supplied in packs of two for added value, these blinds are easily fitted straight onto your greenhouse glass panes using the suction cups provided. They're designed to fit most standard greenhouse 24in glass panes and can be moved around as and when needed to protect your fragile plants, flowers and crops from long-term sun damage during hot weather.
At just under 2 metres in length (just over 6ft), each blind can cover a wide area, in most cases from a roof pane straight down to its adjacent bottom side panel. As they are attached by suction cups they can be used on most standard design greenhouses simply and effectively. Just check the width fits within the gap between your glazing bars.
During the colder months when blinds aren't needed, simply unhook the suction cup, roll the blind back up in seconds and they're ready to store until next spring.

Please Note: These blinds are not compatible with the Halls Supreme and Silverline models due to the curved shape of the roof, and also not compatible with the Halls Qube greenhouse models due to the unique style frame.

easy to use once you are able to fit
The only issue is lack of instruction on how the suckers fit the blind, once you have worked this out the blinds are very easy to use and does the job, also look very neat and tidy.

Does the job
Had to use internet to see how to fix the sucker cups to the top of reach roller because the pictorial diagram inside the packaging was useless! Once you look closer at the sucker cups you'll see two of them have a small hole drilled in the centre, which means you screw onto the bolts on the metal bar of the roller(couldn't figure out what the purpose of nut was as it certainly doesn't fit back on the bolt once you have the sucker on!). Once sussed this all out the actual fitting to the glass was easy peasy and so far they have stayed on! Overall very pleased with them and they look smart.

Because of the heat wave I ordered these to fixed to the outside of my conservatory wall windows which they’re not designed for. I had to put some upside down to get good contact points. So far they have been fine but they haven’t been subjected to more than a slightly gusty breeze although there was also also some heavyish rain which didn't seem to bother them. I pull them up if its not hot and will take them down when summer appears to be over. They with my external roof blind reduced the heat as much as i needed, probably to 80F. Service was good and friendly.

They're suitable to be placed on any horticultural or toughened glazing whether metal or wooden framed, so should be fine for most wooden greenhouses.
