Pergola Seat
Haven't assembled this yet but it has come very well packaged and the delivery was excellent. A helpful delivery driver put 3 heavy boxes just where I wanted them. The staff online very helpful when I added fixings the my order. The price was very good as it was reduced. Looking forward to using it next summer.

Exactly what I wanted
Fits perfectly where I wanted it for. The quality is excellent. Husband put it together, he said the picture diagrams weren't great but the written instructions were OK, perhaps labels on the pergola would help. One point, the measurements refer to the roof size, which is bigger than the floor space it takes up, I was assuming the bench area, so it sits a little smaller than I was expecting. Definitely recommend, I do love it.

Very pleased
This was my fall-back option, having initially chosen a different make of arbour from a different supplier, which challenged me for weeks, as it was inaccurately cut. By comparison this was brilliant - delivered really quickly, well-packaged. It was not at all difficult to assemble. My sister and I did it without any problem. Some parts looked a little rough and the person who had screwed together the pre-assembled parts had used screws that were too long, as 2 of them went straight through the pre-drilled bolt holes, preventing the bolts from going through - that challenged us, but replacement screws solved the issue. We erected it on a flat surface and then carried it to where it would stand. It's sturdy when complete and not something you want to carry too far! Only thing I would advise is to leave the small cross-bar joining the front of the 2 roof sections until last. It didn't look like it was going to fit particularly flush so we delayed fitting this part, but once the table and seats were fitted and had squared up the whole structure, it fitted perfectly. It looks brilliant now, and I've decorated it with solar lights, so it looks fantastic at night as well. Very pleased!
