VegTrug Raised Planter

The VegTrug Raised Bed Planter will allow you to cultivate a full range of vegetables and flowers because you can fill it with a compost mixture that best suits what you are growing.

If your plants prefer good drainage, include lots of gravel. Azaleas, camellias and similar plants like a high pH so you fill the planter with ericaceous compost. In this way, you have a free hand in creating the most appropriate conditions.

Constructed from sustainably sourced timber that's been treated with preservative, there's also a liner included to prevent rot, and the planter has a useful bottom shelf on which to store pots, compost bags, trays and fertilizer. 

You'll find the raised bed to be a good height for working, and it will become a very well used addition to your garden over many years especially if you have unsuitable or poor soil.
