Description
You always want your children to be safe when playing in the garden and Rowlinson definitely had this in mind when constructing the Lookout 6ft x 6ft Playhouse.
Stoutly built from excellent quality softwood, the playhouse meets every EU safety guideline while offering an exciting place for your children and their friends to enjoy.
It's an attractive tongue and groove style structure with a short ladder to the playhouse and covered veranda fitted with safety railing and a stable door.
The interior of the playhouse is light and airy with one window glazed with styrene and another which has shutters and a window box. It's also a dry environment due to mineral felt covering the roof.
Arriving with a delightful natural finish, the timber can be painted or stained and, as all the wood is pressure treated, this terrific playhouse will remain a great place to play games and socialize for many years.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 7 working days. Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland, and note that delivery times may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Can you put the shutter window on either side of the shed to suit a garden layout andcan you put the ladder on either side for the same reason? Is there glazing for the shutter window to stop rain getting in? Also is there any covering for the stable door to stop the rain getting in?
We Replied:Dear Tony Wiggall Thank you for your question. Yes, the shutter window panel can be on either side. The ladder can be attached on the other side but the reason it’s on the opposite side is for safety reasons because of the door, a child could be climbing the ladder and another could open the door at the same time.There is no glazing for the window with shutters. There is no covering for the stable door, but as there is a roof overhang to shelter it, the gaps in the door are for safety reason so a child can’t trap their fingers.
