Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days for the majority of mainland UK locations (exclusions apply - see below for details).
For the majority of mainland UK locations, Forest products are delivered to your home directly by the manufacturer. In this instance you will receive a message by phone or email with details to manually book in a chosen delivery date.
For limited areas of south east England, limited areas of the south west England, and Scotland, Forest products are delivered by a third party carrier. In this instance, the carrier will contact you directly to book a delivery date once your order is ready at their delivery centre.

Installation
If you have purchased an installation service with us, available on selected Forest branded sheds, structures and buildings then this is completed after successful delivery of the product and is generally completed within 1 - 2 weeks following. After successful delivery, you will be contacted directly by the installers to book in an installation date. Please ensure that you have checked the delivery for all components and keep in a safe, dry place until the installation occurs.
Unfortunately, installation is not available to the following postcodes: BT1-BT99, GY1-GY9, HS1-HS9, IM1-IM9, IV41-IV56, JE1-JE5, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PO30-PO41, PO49, TR21-TR25.
Vehicles We Use
For the majority of cases, items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places. Typically they are a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be maneuvered on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the maneuvering of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Decking with pergola
Delivery was on time , but a bit disappointed it wasn't covered as it had been raining all day and wood was quite wet.

8' x 8' patio deck kit including pergola
Now it's up it looks very nice. However when it arrived I received two sets of instructions - one for the patio deck kit and the other for the ultima deck kit, so my advice to anyone contemplating buying this product is check both the part and product codes very carefully, as although the instructions for the latter do actually show a picture of what I had ordered, the instructions were for the ultima deck kit and although the parts appeared to be the same, it weren't until I went back onto the internet that I realised that two of the parts had different codes.

Pergola and decking kit
Delivery drivers were reluctant to put items in back garden but did so in the end. No instructions or fittings were left , after four separate phone conversations I was eventually left the right amount of screws and bolts. Overall I was pleased with the product.

Delivery personnel could have been a little more helpful as to putting a few of the heavier items inside my gate as I was on my own carrying them. The item is very nice but a little expensive, all in all not to bad and would order other products.

Would this decking be able to support the weight of a hot tub?
We Replied:Dear David Thank you for your question. As this deck kit uses 19mm thick boards, and as long as the Hot Tub is positioned central over the frame supports underneath, then they are capable of holding a standard hot tub. If it's a heavy hot tub (wooden framed for example) then we would advise placing some extra planks of wood inside the base in between the standard support beams, just to help distribute the weight of the boards and hot tub on top. You would also need to ensure that you have a flat, level and hardstanding area to install the deck kit onto. As if installed over grass or soil which is prone to getting water clogged, then the structure could sink over time. We Replied:Dear Stuart Thank you for your question. Each upright is 2400mm long with a cross-section of 95mm x 95mm. The five rafters are 3050mm long with a cross-section of 95mm (deep) x 47.5mm (thick). The decking is assembled onto a base made up of deckboards, spaced 446mm apart (see assembly process in attached instructions). Again, referring to the instructions the perimeter of the base is made up from four deckboards so of the width of the base across which the deckboards are laid is 2400mm plus the 28mm thickness of one of the deckboards. The 20 deckboards that are laid on the base are 120mm wide so total width is 120 x 20 = 2400mm. That gives a spare 28mm across the 20 boards for expansion. When the boards are laid out it is best to lay them all first before fixing them with screws so that this 28mm spacing can be used evenly across the boards.
