Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days for the majority of mainland UK locations (exclusions apply - see below for details).
For the majority of mainland UK locations, Forest products are delivered to your home directly by the manufacturer. In this instance you will receive a message by phone or email with details to manually book in a chosen delivery date.
For limited areas of south east England, limited areas of the south west England, and Scotland, Forest products are delivered by a third party carrier. In this instance, the carrier will contact you directly to book a delivery date once your order is ready at their delivery centre.
- Deliveries to the below postcode areas can take up to 7 working days extra, on top of the advertised lead-time:

Installation
If you have purchased an installation service with us, available on selected Forest branded sheds, structures and buildings then this is completed after successful delivery of the product and is generally completed within 1 - 2 weeks following. After successful delivery, you will be contacted directly by the installers to book in an installation date. Please ensure that you have checked the delivery for all components and keep in a safe, dry place until the installation occurs.
Unfortunately, installation is not available to the following postcodes: BT1-BT99, GY1-GY9, HS1-HS9, IM1-IM9, IV41-IV56, JE1-JE5, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PO30-PO41, PO49, TR21-TR25.
Vehicles We Use
For the majority of cases, items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places. Typically they are a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be maneuvered on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the maneuvering of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

I am very pleased with both the product and the service.
I chose this excellent arbour because its height was lower than other models on the market. Its other dimensions fitted the space in my compact garden well also. I was very pleased with ease of ordering and the speedy delivery. When I came to assemble the arbour, the instructions were clear and it went together easily and it is very sturdy.

OUR SRUCTURAL MASTERPIECE
MY WIFE AND I ASSEMBLED WITHOUT TOO MUCH DIFFICULTY, ALTHOUGH WE WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THE MEASUREMENTS TO BE IN INCHES AS WELL,BUT IT LOOKS GREAT AND REALLY CANT FAULT THE DELIVERY AND PRICE AND WE ARE ALL TOGETHER VERY SATISFIED

Provides Elegance and Great Relaxation and Reflection area, But
I already made the following comments, but they do not seem to have been registered. I was grateful for your kind and thoughtful comments relating to the green, mould-like spots. However, on closer inspection of the product, after construction, I found that there appeared some lighter straps on wood areas, which were exposed for extended periods to sunlight at the warehouse, or in storage. It is a shame that an otherwise good product, and your service and care was let down by a third party that was not as careful. (There were also a couple of screws missing, which the boys had to go out to obtain.) Mrs Reed

Further observation on Recent Elegant Purchase
I sincerely appreciate your kind feedback. Thank you. However, just wanted to point out an observation on closer inspection, while thinking abt yr advice on the green marks, and now that the arbour has been constructed. It seems that the wooden structure was left lying around for some time in the sun, at the warehouse or other storage area, as I sadly found there are sun marks around straps and where the wood has been left on top of another part of the construction. Shame that careless neglect during storage has also affected the colour tone, so that it is not entirely as smooth and streamlined as it appeared on the website.

I would like to paint the arbour a darker colour. At the moment the wood has a lot of green patches which I understand is to do with the pressure treatment and in places is sticky with sap. Would I need to wait until the wood is thoroughly dry before painting?
We Replied:Dear Alex Thank you for your question. The arbour can be painted at any time, and the green patches are normally just residue left over from the pressure treatment process, which should easily enough brush off or wipe off with an old damp cloth. However, saying that, the manufacturer recommends leaving the wood unpainted for the first 3-6 months just to allow the preservatives in the pressure treatment to be fully absorbed by the wood. We'd say that a month in dry weather conditions would be sufficient to leave the wood before painting, as long as you plan using a paint that's specially designed for outdoor timber use, as the paint itself will add another layer of preservative and weather protection.
