Description
Offering useful storage space, the Shire Durham 6ft x 8ft Shed is many people's preferred size, and with a high ridge and eaves, the interior is spacious as well as brightly lit from the large side window.
Everything inside will be protected by smooth planed shiplap cladding, the timber that's used has been slow grown and sourced responsibly, then pressure treated to prevent rot and earn a ten year guarantee.
The shed is further weatherproofed by an OSB roof that's covered with quality mineral felt, and the floor is built with the same strong solid sheet material. To protect all the contents, the single door is fitted with a hasp and staple lock.
Self-assembly is one option, another would be to have the shed installed by experts, either way an adjustable base would be a good idea if the shed isn't positioned on slabs or concrete.

A matching Shire adjustable base is very easy to assemble and easy to level. The spike system means that the surface you wish your building to go on doesn't have to be even as it will lift the frame and can even manage a slight gradient. The spikes can be driven into the ground on firm soil, grass or even laid on hard ground.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 10 working days (excludes weekends) but may be extended during busy times of the year.
The designated carrier will contact you in order to book a delivery date from future available delivery dates. From then on, you will receive a tracking link so that you can follow your delivery online, as well as receive text message updates if a mobile phone number is provided during checkout.
Vehicles We Use
Items are usually delivered on a 3.5-ton lorry via a 3rd party carrier. Should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location or driveway. We cannot commit to drivers carrying these items inside your home or through to a back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be maneuvered on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with maneuvering of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
