The wooden floor platform is slightly larger than the outside footprint of your shed and is designed to create a solid floor for the shed to be installed on top of. Consists of OSB panels, beams and pressure treated battens to create a wooden platform to anchor your shed down to.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland, and note that delivery times may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

A very solidly constructed shed, with base. Nice looking and very spacious. Delivery and installation was prompt and proficient - one week total time from order to installation. Installation completed, without fuss in a few hours. The outer walls are firm and secure, but not as solid as wood. Highly recommended and excellent value. We would use this company again.

Rowlinson 10x12 Metal Shed Wood effect

Very disappointed in the cheap plastic lockable door handles - could be snapped off with very little effort - should at least be metal. Otherwise satisfied.

Good service and a great shed.

The instructions for building the shed are very clear and although it would be quicker and slightly easier with two people, I built it alone in a day, having pre-build any multi-component parts (like the base frame) in advance. I had one piece missing from the kit and it was replaced within 48 hours. Beware that this 10x12 shed is delivered in one very heavy box! The delivery driver and I had to cut open the box inside the van and take the parts out as we couldn't lift it.

This shed is going to be located against a wall and fence on 2 sides, can it be constructed with access only from inside on these 2 sides?

Dear Graham Thank you for your question. We would always advise that there is adequate room (at least a metre) around all sides of the shed in order to install it. However, if you had enough people to help, it could possibly be lifted with care and moved into its final position after assembly, although this would be at your own risk.
