Description
At 18ft x 11ft, this is the largest Kalle style Garden Shed, with so many different uses, a versatile structure with an interior divided into two sections that can be used for the same or different purposes.
Not only well designed, the shed is constructed to the highest specifications with excellent quality materials including notably attractive fine sawn Nordic spruce which is both hardwearing and has beautiful colour. Guttering can be installed to help keep the cladding in good condition and you will also be able to recycle the rain water.
A single door leads you into the smaller room, it's illuminated by a single glazed window and, at 74 sq ft, will prove to be a usefully sized space. Double doors are fitted to the larger area which is over 100 sq ft.
All the doors have laminated frames, and low thresholds offer trouble free access even if you are pushing a wheel barrow or carrying a large item. Cylinder locks offer security for any valuable goods and the doors are protected by metal kick boards.
The shed's pent roof is extensive and built from heavy duty solid board, the floor is made from the same tough material and pre-treated foundation beams add stability as well as durability. To ensure that the roof is waterproof, rolls of mineral felt are available, this is a cheap and reliable method of protecting all the contents from water damage.

Delivery to Scotland postcodes will require a delivery surcharge, which can be seen on the delivery options above.
Unfortunately, due to the large size of the product, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, any other Offshore Island or Isle or to another country.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 30 - 40 working days (6 - 8 weeks) as this product is are imported on an order-by-order basis.
The carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Bespoke Product
This product is made to order and imported on an order-by-order basis. Therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production and/or importation may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles & Unloading
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton or 15-ton lorry, which is about the size of a dustbin lorry or large flatbed, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. Any pallets and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.

All Palmako products, as standard and unless otherwise stated are delivered unassembled in kit form with the timber being unpainted and untreated. Roofing options such as felt, EPDM and shingles may not come as standard so please check the description carefully. Depending on the model, we suggest additional extras and accessories to match with your Palmako building such as timber treatment and roofing options - these can be found under product options. Sizes shown are maximum dimensions and should be used for guidance only.
