Description
The Jari 16ft x 11ft Garden Shed is the larger of two in the same functional yet attractive style, substantial structures with no windows and an interior that is divided into two parts, one larger than the other.
Palmako use Nordic spruce because of its attractive natural colour and the outstanding durability it has gained from being slow grown in a northern European forest. It has been kiln dried and although lightweight it is very strong.
Going through the wide double doors or the single door, both are lockable and located on the same side, you'll notice that a low stainless steel covered threshold makes access easy.
Solid board is used for the roof and floor, this is 19mm thick and there are foundation joists supporting the floor that have been pre-treated to ensure the shed's stability over a long period of time.
If you want to add to the timber's rot resistance, there are three wood treatments and these also give you the opportunity to change the shed's natural finish to brown or grey.
Other options include guttering that will help protect the shed's cladding and also gives you the opportunity to recycle rainwater, and a choice of either coloured shingles and mineral felt to waterproof the roof.

Delivery Information
Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England and Wales.
Free delivery applies within mainland England and Wales but excludes Scottish Borders, mainland Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Isles.
Delivery to Scotland postcodes will require a delivery surcharge, which can be seen on the delivery options above.
Unfortunately, due to the large size of the product, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, any other Offshore Island or Isle or to another country.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 30 - 40 working days (6 - 8 weeks) as this product is are imported on an order-by-order basis.
The carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Bespoke Product
This product is made to order and imported on an order-by-order basis. Therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production and/or importation may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles & Unloading
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton or 15-ton lorry, which is about the size of a dustbin lorry or large flatbed, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. Any pallets and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.

All Palmako products, as standard and unless otherwise stated are delivered unassembled in kit form with the timber being unpainted and untreated. Roofing options such as felt, EPDM and shingles may not come as standard so please check the description carefully. Depending on the model, we suggest additional extras and accessories to match with your Palmako building such as timber treatment and roofing options - these can be found under product options. Sizes shown are maximum dimensions and should be used for guidance only.
