The Globel 6ft x 4ft low pent green metal shed offers a great garden storage resource at a very reasonable price, part of a range that will protect all kinds of garden and related equipment in a well ventilated and spacious environment.
Its lightweight design uses 0.3mm high grade galvanized steel, chosen because it has exceptional corrosion resistance. Strength is added by a heavy gauge frame and bracing, so this is an extremely robust and durable structure that will withstand most weather conditions.
The virtually maintenance free heritage green finish will complement most surroundings and secure access is provided by double doors that can be padlocked.
Although you'll find that building the flat pack is straightforward following step-by-step instructions, an installation service is offered as an alternative, and the shed benefits from a 15-year guarantee.

Would You Like A Floor Kit?
All Lotus Sheds are advised to be Installed on a hard standing surface base area. We offer either a metal foundation kit or a timber floor kit to aid with installation onto a stable surface. A damp proof membrane (plastic sheet material) should be placed prior to installing your shed/base to limit condensation.
Note: Only one foundation/floor kit below can be used, they are not designed to be both used together.
with Metal Foundation Kit (FK64LP)
A self-assembled framework, formed with metal battens. When installing your shed, the foundation frame is assembled first and then your shed is installed and bolted on top.
Once fully installed, concrete can be used to flood in between the interior battens to make a concrete floor inside or alternatively, timber plywood boards can be used over the top to form a wooden floor (concrete and timber not included).
with Timber Floor Kit (FL64LP)
A pressure impregnated wooden floor kit consists of pre-cut boards and battens which when assembled at home with the fixings purchased separately offers a durable base to install and bolt your shed down onto.

A set of ready to use Hilti screws to anchor your shed down into concrete or flagstone bases, fitting through pre-drilled holes in the shed's base rail. Masonry drill bit (15/64ins) supplied.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (2 - 3 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Installation Service
Our installation service is applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is within 20 working days.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Very decent shed. Quite fiddly to out together, so allow plenty of time and patience! At first, I thought the metal was a bit too flimsy, but once erected it was solid enough. The sliding doors are not the smoothest, but work fine. Recommended.

Good value
Shed is relatively straightforward to put up if you take your time, though it can be fiddly. The downloadable instructions you'll find on this website are much easier to follow than the multi-lingual ones included with the shed. Once assembled and fixed to the base the shed seems very robust and should give many years service. No complaints.

Excellent service and a great product
The highlight was the exceptional service and excellent communication. The shed is robust and well designed. The assembly was less of a challenge than expected; but is definitely a job for 2 people. No hesitation in recommending both the shed itself and Garden Site's excellent Customer service.
