Description

The Large Log Store is just what's needed to keep your winter fuel supply dry, neat and tidy.

With a sloping roof and slatted sides, the logs are protected from the rain and aired. When the weather turns cold, they will be seasoned and ready for the log burner or open fire.

Rowlinson have also included a shelf for small items such as kindling.

The Large Log Store itself is pressure treated, so it won't rot and has a natural timber finish. It, therefore, blends in easily with the garden, a good looking as well as practical structure.

With over 80 years' manufacturing knowledge and experience, Rowlinson takes its social and environmental responsibilities very seriously. All timber is Forest Stewardship Council Certified and complies with all current regulations on FSC sourcing. Products are manufactured to Quality Management System standards, accredited to ISO 9001:2008.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 7 working days. Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland, and note that delivery times may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Good customer service

Delivered promptly. On unpacking found one of the roof sections had two significant splits so contacted seller. Gardensite were very helpful, arranging for a replacement roof section to be delivered quite quickly. Now up and in use. Very pleased.

Much too long

Had just one problem with this otherwise excellent product which caused me to downgrade it to a three star. The slats for the back of the store were not the correct length - luckily, too long and not too short - this resulted in having to do quite a bit of cutting, to get them to fit. A pity,because as I've said an excellent product otherwise.

Great product had it built in a couple of hours and looks the business and holds loads. Driver great too despite being a very heavy package!

Hello Alan Thank you for your question. The log store does have to be drilled and screwed and does not come pre-drilled. They are quite easy to assemble as they come in flat pack form, but it generally comes down to how good your DIY and handyman skills are.
