Description
Enhancing your garden or outside space with contemporary good looks, the BioHort AvantGarde A3 6ft x 10ft metal shed is a reliably waterproof structure that's maintenance free with a twenty year anti-rust guarantee.
It's the ideal place to store tools, gardening equipment and domestic items and, because it is built using only high quality galvanized metal with a durable polyester coating and stainless steel hinges and brackets, the shed's appearance with remain rust and corrosion free over many years.
A high acrylic glass window that's shatterproof lets plenty of light into the interior, and inside you'll find useful tool holders and shelving fitted as standard. The attractive overhanging roof offers increased weather protection and integral guttering means you can collect and reuse rainwater.
You can choose to customize the shed in various ways. First of all, the colour choice is silver, dark grey or quartz grey, all contemporary shades that blend well with any landscape. Another decision is whether to have double doors or a single door with all the contents protected by a twist grip cylinder lock. There is also the option to have a side door.
A foundation kit and durable aluminium flooring will ensure the shed remains stable and, to personalize the interior, the varied accessories list features bike holders, a folding table, an electrical mounting plate designed for sockets and switches, down pipes for the gutters together with many other useful items including extra shelving and tool holders.
External dimensions include any roof overhang. Sizes may have been rounded up/down to the nearest cm/ins. Images are for demonstration only and may show the product in a different size, and/or with additional accessories such as flooring which isn't included as standard.

Floor Accessories
with Floor Frame Kit (41041)
This floor frame kit provides a strong foundation for creating a floor when your shed is being placed on top of a soft ground surface such as gravel. It can then be infilled with concrete or gravel, or used with the floor panel accessory to create a metal floor.
Crafted from aluminium and includes fixings.
with Floor Panel Kit (48041)
A metal floor panel kit designed to be used with the floor foundation frame kit, to create a sturdy, metal floor inside your shed. Imprinted with anti-slip grooves.
Note: These floor panels are designed to be raised and supported by a filling underneath, such as 3cm hard foam XPS boards (not included).
Additional Accessories
with Matching Rainwater Downpipes
A set of two downpipes, colour matched to your shed from hot-dipped galvanised steel. Contains fixings and outlet elbows to help control the direction of drainage.
with Matching Side Door
Add a matching side door to your shed. It includes a door handle with 3-way locking mechanism, hinges and gas assisted spring damper. Please Note: The hinges can only be fitted on the right-hand side and the door within the broadside. Size: 80cm Wide by 185.5cm High.

A pair of rails which are attached to your sheds inner walls to allow additional shelves to be positioned in varying heights. Length ca. 185cm.

1) Purchase your new garden building along with our approved installation.
2) Our approved installers will initially contact you to confirm your details and the installation area a few days after placing your order.
3) Await delivery of your garden building and check the contents are correct.
4) Update the installation team that your garden building has been delivered, an installation date will then be arranged.
5) The installer team will attend your property and install the building to the highest of install standards.
Note: Installation is only available within mainland England, Wales & Scotland, excluding Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands Installation does not include any preparation of base areas.

Delivery Information
BioHort UK Delivery
All BioHort products are imported into the UK directly from the BioHort factory in Austria on a per order basis, bespoke to your selected options (ie colour finish, optional accessories). Delivery may be extended during busy times of the year or delays out of our control such as delays at customs or ports. Once your order has arrived in the UK, a delivery date will be provided by email or phone from the carrier.
The timeframe for order completion to delivery is usually within 14 - 21 working days
Delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above. All IV; KW; PA; PH; KY; AB; DD and most of FK postcodes along with Highlands and Islands will incur a separate delivery charge. In some cases, we can even deliver outside the mainland e.g. Channel Isles and arrange the VAT element for you. In all instances please contact us today for a personalised quote.
Cancellation Rights
This product range is imported and delivered on a per order basis, bespoke to your selected options (ie colour finish, optional accessories), meaning that if you decide to cancel the order after the item has been imported or despatched, cancellation and return delivery charges may apply.
Vehicles Access
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. The driver(s), due to health and safety regulations are not obliged to carry these items inside your home or through to a back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
