The Village Pump is a remarkable reproduction of one of our most readily identifiable pieces of street furniture.
Ever present in sepia photographs of a certain age, Borderstone craftsmen have skilfully recreated this iconic object. Adding interest to your garden whether placed on the patio or more subtly in the landscape, the pump is incredibly lifelike closely resembling the original iron varieties and now reproduced in weather-resistant fine cast stone.
The black finish with gold lettering which depicts "Stratford Pump - Harvest Stone 1878" is highly realistic and the pump it will make a wonderfully realistic ornament wherever located.
Whether you choose to use it as an ornamental feature alone or set it up with the included water pump to create a working self-contained water feature by recycling water from the trough basin to back out the spout, it'll make a wonderfully traditional addition to any garden.
