Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (2 - 3 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 15 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Product is great, looks lovely but contact from this company is dreadful. I had to call 3 times to chase this product, nobody called back until 3rd call and it took over two weeks to arrive. Would not use the company again unfortunately.

Your Hebe statue (MS04) looks as though it has an integral plinth, though you offer a plinth as well at additional cost. Can you confirm that this item is 160cm, including integral plinth (i.e. the statue doesn't stop at the feet!).

Dear AJ Thank you for your question. Hebe does have an integral plinth as you mentioned and the total size with this integral plinth is 160cm. We offer an additional plinth if necessary to increase the height so that it has a greater presence. The extra plinth is therefore not required and is really personal preference. My gorgeous statue is four years old, what cleaning product does one use to keep it looking clean and white?

We Replied:

Dear Sue Thank you for your question. We recommend cleaning as and when required with a sponge and hot soapy water - washing up liquid is fine. For more stubborn marks we use a spray that contains bleach, this does not harm the product and it gets into all the grooves of the robe/hair.
