Naturally occurring fire breathing monsters can be thin on the ground, especially in the traditional English garden.
So it might be time you introduced one in the shape of the Chilstone Chimera.
According to Greek mythology, the Chimera was a hybrid composed of several animals but usually appearing as a lion with a goat emerging from his back. A snake's head tail might well provide a finishing touch.
A fairly imaginative animal if not implausible, the term has come to describe any similar mythical animal.
The Chilstone cast stone Chimera is typically fierce, snarling like a fighting dog and standing guard.
Perfect adjacent entrance or doorway to keep out unwanted guests using its 'terrible flame of bright fire'.
