Description

Stored rainwater can be easily be used to quench the thirst of your garden plants, this is especially useful when there's a drought or prolonged period of hot weather,
Not only does a butt conserve a valuable resource but plants prefer rainwater to tap water.
Algae however sometimes occurs in the water, and if left for sometime there may be an odour. Hozelock Water Butt Treatment solves these problems by neutalising the algae.
It can also be used on grey water, i.e. water that has already been used, perhaps for washing up, to eliminate soap scum.
A 500ml bottle will treat up to 6400 litres of water.
