There's every reason for the Baltic Chalet to be top of the Rowlinson range of summerhouses, it's a superbly designed structure that boasts a host of features.

The covered veranda / sun terrace is a perfect place to relax, perhaps with a good book, dining or catching up with friends.

Lockable double doors lead into a large area that's suitable for holding cocktail and dinner parties. How best to utilise so much space is left to your imagination.

28mm untreated, naturally finished, logs form the chalet's walls, so it looks stunning as well as authentic. The floor and shingle covered roof is high quality 19mm tongue & groove timber.

There's no doubt that with so much thought going into the design, combined with the excellent building materials, fixtures and fittings, the Baltic Chalet will prove to be an ideal outdoor living experience.

Well designed and built cabin

It's true to say that you really do need a substantial space for this cabin, it's not small but it is perfectly formed. The timber has a great natural colour, the design is well thought out and it is well built. Quite light inside, with glass instead of cheap acrylic, and a nice veranda to sit on in the evening. I'm the type of person who likes to find fault in everything but this cabin has got me stumped.

Colin Barrett Asked:

Do you supply bases? if so how much do they cost?

We Replied:

Dear Colin Thank you for your question. The product comes with a wooden floor but it will still need to sit on a hard standing surface (e.g. concrete, slabs, compacted plannings). Use a damp proof membrane underneath the floor to ensure moisture does not rise up from the ground into the cabin.
