Description
With an impressively large interior, the Yardmaster 10ft x 12ft shiplap metal shed offers a tremendous amount of storage and working space.
It is robustly constructed from top-grade galvanized steel with a rust preventative zinc coating, this enables the shiplap style cladding to retain its pristine appearance for many years.
In fact, there is a 15-year guarantee against corrosion and the taupe coloured walls are complemented by a brown roof, trims, and door, altogether a package that creates an attractive addition to your garden.
Even while carrying large items you'll find access easy through double doors, and, when inside, the translucent roof panels create a light environment that's spacious and welcoming.
There's ample headroom due to the high walls and apex roof, so mobility within the shed isn't unduly limited and there is a terrific opportunity for many other activities other than storage.
Rainwater is channeled away from the shed by gutters that come as standard, anchor bolts are also supplied to ensure stability, and the doors can be padlocked for increased security.
Installation Advice:
Yardmaster sheds are provided flat packed for convenient home delivery and come with full instructions to install at home. We recommend that this shed is installed on a hard-standing surface such as concrete, slabs, patio bricks or decking, which you may then securely bolt the shed down to your hard standing floor with the included anchoring bolts.

with Steel Floor Frame Kit (+)
This floor frame kit is designed to go inside of your shed to provide a raised internal floor, increasing the internal floor height level to the bottom runner of the shed. This is ideal for getting your lawn movers, scooters etc in and out without damaging the bottom door runner as well as to keep your possessions up off the shed base floor.
You can then use timber panels or boards (not included) over the floor frame battens to create a raised wooden floor.

We offer standard inclusive delivery to the majority of mainland UK, including: England, Wales, southern parts of Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

Standard Delivery Period
Our standard delivery service will typically be made within 5 - 10 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year.
Please allow for additional delivery time for larger products and for delivery to areas outside of the mainland due to the additional logistics and delivery distance.
Express Delivery Period
Our optional express delivery service is available on selected models, offering an expedited delivery method of 3 working days.
This service is is chargeable at a small additional charge (as per the delivery options above) and is limited to within mainland England only.
Unfortunately this service is not available to any part of Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, any isles, or to any of the bespoke delivery locations.
Note: Weekends and bank holidays are not working days, so if you ordered on a Friday, delivery would occur approximately on Wednesday the following week.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

SUPERB SHED
Had this shed for 3 years now so thought I would give a review after a spell of time. The delivery was on a pallet and I wheeled it right round to the build point. Ensure the plot is level , (I put slabs down) I would recommend the floor kit as well as when installed I put a few floor panels down and it keeps out the damp and cold. After 3 years it is as good as the day I got it. I use it as a hobby workshop and have never regretted the purchase. I am moving house soon and have sold it with the house but will definitely buy another for my new house.

1012sl yardmaster metal shed
This shed was delivered by a very conscientious courier who kept us totally appraised of the delivery date, right down to 30 minutes before arrival! Packaging is excellent. The parts are well labelled and arrived in excellent condition. The build took me around 20 hours on my own, over three days. Study the instructions in detail before starting and don't be put off by the number of parts. The final build is much better than expected and we are delighted with the result. A well executed order that resulted in a fine metal shed.

Inherent Strength with shiplap Model
THe shiplap version advertised here has formed panels which give added strength so you get a very good value for money with a good deal of inherent strength built in. Installation should be considered as a marathon, and not a sprint and you will get it completed over a weekend. Once you understand how the panels attach to the frame it is more long winded than difficult. An electric screwdriver is essential and someone to help speeds things up a lot. The door rollers need plenty of grease but work well. Do not install over a windy weekend and wear gloves.
