Description
A great size shed for those who need a lot of garden storage space, this 8ft by 16ft Skylight Shed in anthracite grey is Palram's second largest model and comes in an attractive, modern colour finish.
Featuring polycarbonate panels, this shed range is virtually maintenance free as it boasts high impact-resistant panels, with no need for painting or treating and it won't rust, rot or peel. Perfect for those who don't want the hassle of any ongoing maintenance.
A galvanised steel base provides sturdy support for the aluminium frame, and the polycarbonate panels are easily installed due to a simple but very effective 'slide n lock' assembly system.
Another main feature to note is the specially manufactured skylight roof, which from the outside looks completely normal. However when viewed from the inside, the panels allow sunlight to pass through which illuminates the inside of the shed during the day without the need for a torch or light.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 10 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

good product
I went for the 8x16 palram skylight it came in four big boxes. Bought in January and ive just put it up in march. I did most of it on my own with a little help from my wife but probably better with two people. I read the info 3 or 4 times before starting and bagged all the various screws and bolts in separate bags and marked them. Just take your time and read the info as you go and you can't go wrong. I was really impressed with the finished product.

Better than I thought
I was a bit apprehensive to say the least regarding a plastic shed, I've only had timber ones up until now, but the continual re-felting and painting got to the point that I needed a change. This one seemed a good choice and that's how it has panned out. The frame is made of steel so that helps and side panels aren't thick but are quite strong when the shed is finished. Although there's no windows the skylight lets through an adequate amount of light and the inside is ventilated. Overall a good choice. Thank you.
