Description
With so many uses, not just storage of garden and domestic goods, the impressively large Dan 9ft x 18ft Garden Shed is divided into two individual rooms of equal size, each with its own entry.
It is built with Nordic spruce which is notable for its attractive hue and durable nature. Although kiln dried, there's a choice of wood treatments to further enhance its robust characteristics and guard against rot and weather damage.
Large Double doors are fitted to one end and a single door is installed along the side. They have a low threshold covered in stainless steel to aid entry especially when large items are being carried or pushed.
Inside you'll find that both sections benefit from light streaming through a plexiglass window. Both the roof and floor, which is supported by solid board with pre-treated foundation beams, are solid board.
For quick assembly the walls are in ready-made elements and, when completed, you will need to choose between shingles, which come is a variety of colours, and mineral felt to waterproof the roof.

Delivery to Scotland postcodes will require a delivery surcharge, which can be seen on the delivery options above.
Unfortunately, due to the large size of the product, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, any other Offshore Island or Isle or to another country.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 30 - 40 working days (6 - 8 weeks) as this product is are imported on an order-by-order basis.
The carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Bespoke Product
This product is made to order and imported on an order-by-order basis. Therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production and/or importation may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles & Unloading
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton or 15-ton lorry, which is about the size of a dustbin lorry or large flatbed, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. Any pallets and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.

All Palmako products, as standard and unless otherwise stated are delivered unassembled in kit form with the timber being unpainted and untreated. Roofing options such as felt, EPDM and shingles may not come as standard so please check the description carefully. Depending on the model, we suggest additional extras and accessories to match with your Palmako building such as timber treatment and roofing options - these can be found under product options. Sizes shown are maximum dimensions and should be used for guidance only.
