This floor frame kit is designed to go inside of your shed to provide a raised internal floor, increasing the internal floor height level to the bottom runner of the shed. This is ideal for getting your lawn movers, scooters etc in and out without damaging the bottom door runner as well as to keep your possessions up off the shed base floor.
You can then use timber panels or boards (not included) over the floor frame battens to create a raised wooden floor.

We offer standard inclusive delivery to the majority of mainland UK, including: England, Wales, southern parts of Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, an additional delivery charge will apply to the following areas (as per the delivery options above);
- Scotland above Caledonian Canal and the Scottish Highlands (Including but not limited to: KW, IV, AB, PH, PA20-PA78 and KA27 upwards)
- Ireland (Republic of Ireland)

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver Yardmaster sheds to the Jersey, Guernsey, to any other islands not specified above, nor to any other country not specified.
Standard Delivery Period
Our standard delivery service will typically be made within 5 - 10 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year.
Please allow for additional delivery time for larger products and for delivery to areas outside of the mainland due to the additional logistics and delivery distance.
Express Delivery Period
Our optional express delivery service is available on selected models, offering an expedited delivery method of 3 working days.
This service is is chargeable at a small additional charge (as per the delivery options above) and is limited to within mainland England only.
Unfortunately this service is not available to any part of Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, any isles, or to any of the bespoke delivery locations.
Note: Weekends and bank holidays are not working days, so if you ordered on a Friday, delivery would occur approximately on Wednesday the following week.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

10’ x 12’ shed. Good value
The item, in 3 large boxes, was delivered while I was away from the house (no delivery date/time provided). It was left with a neighbour in rain, so the boxes got damp. Construction was straightforward and all listed parts were supplied. A floor kit was not available for this shed, so I had to improvise using treated timber and groundsheet to raise the floor above slab level. The doors close perfectly once correctly adjusted. Very happy with the end result and looks great.

Pleased with the result
Good points are the delivery that was on time with a helpful driver, the shed's smart appearance and the prospect of low maintenance. Negatives are fiddly assembly than took longer than anticipated especially as there is no installation service. As others have said, make sure the ground is level and there is plenty of room to work in. Pleased with the result though, the shed is quite roomy and fairly light inside.
