18ft x 12ft Heavy Duty Pent Garden Shed

With such a large floor area and so well built, the 18ft x 12ft Heavy Duty Pent Shed will have many possible uses. It's a substantial building, secure and dry, with handsome shiplap cladding.

Its heavy duty nature is in some measure due to 50mm x 50mm framing and cross bracing, plus the other traditional techniques used in the shed's construction including the tongue and groove roof and floor.

Pins and staples don't make for heavy duty sheds, that's why coach bolts and galvanised nails are used. In addition, chipboard has been rejected and timber is present throughout.

Shedlands have clearly used all their experience of garden buildings to construct a shed that's spacious and attractively presented.

The timber cladding is in the shiplap style and has been treated with an oil based preservative and there are three Georgian style windows that are eye catching as well as practical, with one opening to create extra ventilation.

With such a generously sized shed, double doors are a good option but you can stay with the standard single door if you so wish. They are braced for strength and fitted with zinc hinges and a rim lock.
