Tim Asked:
You say the wind can pass through the slats - does this refer just to the trellis part at the top or are there slight gaps in the main body of the panel?
We Replied:
Dear Tim
Thank you for your question.
The wind can pass through the panels as the strips are not opposite on each side. Although it appears a solid fence the air can circulate through the gap in the panels above and below each strip. I hope that make sense. If this is not ideal you might prefer: https://www.gardensite.co.uk/Garden_Structures/Louvre_Fence_Panel_by_Grange.htm

Kristin Asked:
Do you offer a fence installation service? We are interested in the Forest Europa Kyoto Fence Panels but would need assistance with putting them into our garden.
We Replied:
Dear Kristin
Thank you for your question.
We don't have a list of national fence installers I'm afraid, but you should be able to find someone locally.

Kishan Shapriya Asked:
Can the Kyoto panel work as slot in panels to concrete posts?
We Replied:
Dear Kishan
Thank you for your question.
The Kyoto Panels do work as a slot in panel however they would be unsuitable to use with concrete posts as the panels would need to be screwed into the posts. Alternatively, we recommend using the Forest range Ultima Post; https://www.gardensite.co.uk/Landscaping/8ft_Forest_Fence_Posts.htm

Fiona Asked:
Will I need to buy gravel boards with this fencing?
We Replied:
Dear Fiona
Thank you for your question.
You would not necessarily have to purchase a gravel board. However, if you wish to raise your fence panels from the ground then a gravel board would be a good solution. Although these fence panels are pressure treated, we would advise not to have the panel touching the ground as this would allow a transfer of moisture from the ground into the panel. I have attached a link to the appropriate gravel board for this product; https://www.gardensite.co.uk/Landscaping/Forest_Gravel_Boards_183m_6ft_Long.htm

Dear Jenny
Thank you for your question.
Gravel boards are not required for the guarantee to be valid. We do offer the rounded top posts, which are models UP7018HD (7cm thick) or UP9018HD (9cm thick) on the post options on the product page.
