Jane F Asked:
Is it possible to cut these panels down in width and still maintain their structural integrity (the final panel would need to be less than 6ft wide to fit) ?
We Replied:
Dear Jane
Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately, we would not recommend cutting these panels down as it may damage the product and void any warranty.

Shafiq Hussain Asked:
What is the difference between the CONVPAN6 (£80) and the CONPAN6 (£120)?
We Replied:
Dear Shafiq
Thank you for your question.
The two fence panels are very similar but have slightly different designs. For example, the Vogue panels have a strip of wood down the centre. Both are pressure treated however.

Cameron Andrews Asked:
If you can't cut the panels down, how do finish the fence off if the space does not take an exact number of fence panels?
We Replied:
Dear Cameron
Thank you for your question.
It's a tricky question, as normally we wouldn't advise cutting panels and would suggest trying to use extra posts or differing smaller panels or trellis to fill any space.
Technically, you could cut the panel if you had the tools to do so, and you would just need to secure the cut end with a baton, or re-use the end batons from the side you have cut and reattach them. However this would void any guarantee and would have to be done at your own risk.

Ben Asked:
What wood is used for the fence? Do you have any technical details. Ie what treatment is used? So I can determine the safety of the product for my garden in terms of leaching into the soil and the sustainability of the wood sourced. ie was not illegally sourced from Malaysia or other countries
We Replied:
Dear Ben
Thank you for your question.
The panels are made from FSC European Softwood. They are pressure treated and guaranteed for 20 years against rot and fungal decay. The chemicals used are: main treatment - Impralit TSK 20 Farblos, supplement - against mould - Impralit Additive TK3.
