Primo Grill Review
American designed and manufactured, the circular shaped Kamado and oval XL Primo grills are innovative barbecues, the latter offering two-zone cooking that uses direct and indirect heat simultaneously, perhaps meat on one side and vegetables on the other cooked to perfection.
Charcoal creates that superb BBQ flavour whatever you are cooking, temperature control is simple and accurate and all Primo grills heat up remarkably quickly and are easy to maintain and clean. And if you want to cook on gas, there are two Primo gas grills also available.
Not just your average ceramic bbq, all Primo Grills are crafted from premium-grade ceramic that's 0.75" thick, meaning that heat and moisture retention is superior when compared to alternative designs. On top of that, the patented oval design means that more food can be cooked at a time due to larger cooking grids, perfect for those with large families or who enjoy entertaining and cooking for special occasions, parties and family gatherings.
With exceptional temperature control and the ability to cook by two methods simultaneously, Primo Gills lets you not just grill, but roast, smoke and bake. Anything from steak to vegetables to pies and pizzas can all be cooked inside the Primo, and as they're low maintenance, self-cleaning and heat up in as little as just 15 minutes, they're pretty much comparable to a gas oven - only with the added bonus of being able to cook outdoors during the hot Summers months.

Primo Grills have many exceptional qualities to match their eye-catching appearance. Their best-selling round Kamado and oval-shaped XL barbecues are both made from premium grade 0.75in thick ceramic and they offer you the chance to grill, roast, bake and smoke a large range of food in a heat and moisture retentive environment.
A constant temperature is exceptionally easy to maintain and can be regulated by adjusting the stainless steel bottom damper and cast iron top vent which is fitted with a daisy wheel. Inside all the cooking is done on porcelain coated steel half-moon grids that can be quickly removed to add charcoal and which, along with the rest of the grill, are simple to keep clean.
Both models have an enviously large capacity and market leading innovation is shown by the three versions of the XL barbecue that offer two zone cooking. This patented design means you can cook in different styles simultaneously, perhaps searing meat on one side and roasting vegetables on the other, with the help of a firebox divider and heat deflectors.
All-in-One XL and Kamando BBQs are fitted with side shelves on which food can be prepared and castor wheels for added mobility. Accessories will assist in preparing anything from a pie to a pizza and, if you prefer gas to charcoal, there are built-in and freestanding gas grills in this impressive range that never fails to please.
