Description
Italy is well known for its culinary expertise, and it was the first country to make pizza as we know it today. So when Italian experts designed the Fontana Riviera wood-fired pizza oven, it should come as no shock that it's built to the highest specifications to deliver mouth-watering results.
With such a large cooking chamber, you're able to cook up to 4 pizzas at once, or 4.5kg of bread! The chamber is made from thick stainless steel complete with ceramic fibres and natural rock wool insulation, allowing it to reach extremely high temperatures quickly and efficiently with little wood requirements compared to other wood-fired ovens on the market.
The chamber also makes use of a 3cm thick refractory cooking surface to ensure a slow release of heat into the food to avoid any burnt bases and help with an even heat distribution for an even cook time and time again.
The large viewing window allows you to keep a watchful eye over your food as it cooks whilst the built-in thermometer allows you to monitor the internal temperature so that you don't have to keep opening the door to check it!

Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland.
We offer fast, free delivery within mainland England, Wales and southern parts of Scotland. (Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above.)
Mainland and upper Scotland areas (as deemed by the delivery carrier as above Glasgow/Edinburgh) and selected Offshore Isles will incur a separate delivery charge which can be found via the delivery options on the product page above.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery of ovens will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location on a wooden pallet. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
