Description
The Fontana family have been making ovens for over 70 years and in that time they have made countless improvements and innovations to make their ovens rank amongst the best in the world and the Fontana Mangiafuoco stainless steel gas-fired pizza oven is certainly no exception.
Your new oven will allow you to cook up to 4 pizzas at the same time inside its large cooking chamber so you're able to spend more valuable time with your guests. What's more, the stainless steel cooking chamber is almost 2cm thick and together with the natural rock wool insulation, excellent heat retention is assured.
Each pizza, or other dishes, will be evenly cooked on all sides thanks to the superb heat distribution that's ensured by the clever design of the chamber, shaped in a semi-circle with the burner positioned underneath. Further, the heat is released slowly into the chamber through the refractory chamotte fire surface that is certified for use with food, so you won't have any burnt bases, spots or edges!
The control dial for the burner is found underneath the large oven door and you'll find an integrated thermometer to the right so you can keep a beady eye on the internal temperature as your food cooks without opening the door. Further, any smoke will easily escape through the flue pipe that comes with a chimney top and an adjustable smoke valve.

Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland.
We offer fast, free delivery within mainland England, Wales and southern parts of Scotland. (Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above.)
Mainland and upper Scotland areas (as deemed by the delivery carrier as above Glasgow/Edinburgh) and selected Offshore Isles will incur a separate delivery charge which can be found via the delivery options on the product page above.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery of ovens will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location on a wooden pallet. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
