Description
Not only will the Callow Rustico brick oven provide you with the means to cook up exceptional Italian-style pizza but it will provide your patio area with a rustic Mediterranean style that will last for years to come.
With its large cooking chamber, you aren't limited to just cooking pizza, you can cook anything from bread to cuts of meat and veg to desserts, depending on the temperature inside the chamber. Manage the temperature using the air vent in the two-part aluminium doors and the stainless steel chimney, and by adjusting the amount of wood used inside. Further, you can track the food as it cooks using the integrated thermometer and peering through the viewing window for exceptional results.
The chamber itself is made from refractory brick with a layer of highly insulative rock wool and finished with brick, providing superb insulative properties. It will quickly reach its maximum temperature of between 350°C - 400°C and hold on to the heat for longer, making it ideal for slow-cooking other dishes after your fast-fired pizzas are done. Due to its high temperatures, the oven is perfect for cooking tandoor style as well as a plethora of other dishes.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days for most orders, but may be extended during busy times of the year. Highlands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland deliveries will take an additional few business days due to the extra distance.
For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
Vehicles We Use
Larger items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
