Description

Crafted from stunning Nordic spruce, this spacious and stylish cabin offers 18.8m² of versatile interior space, perfect for work or leisure. The welcoming porch is made up from treated terrace floorboards surrounded by a balustrade and supporting pillars reaching up to the overhanging roof. It's such a pleasant place to sit in the warmth of summer sunshine or in the evening watching the sunset.
Through the double doors you'll find a spacious lounge area with attractive 28mm floor boards and enough space for a collection of furniture that will make your cabin so comfortable whatever the time of year.
Two large silicone sealed windows offer both light and ventilation, and the doors, that are also double glazed with safety glass, have a low sill for trouble free access even if you are a little unsteady on your feet.
Built from gorgeous Nordic spruce and with pressure treated foundation joists, the Agneta is well specified to avoid weather damage, the timber is chalet cut, there are wind braces and also wind protection threaded rods.
Shingles in various colours will protect the solid board roof from rainfall, alternatively mineral felt can be supplied in roll and nailed in place. The result is a highly attractive garden building that will stand the test of time.

Delivery to Scotland postcodes will require a delivery surcharge, which can be seen on the delivery options above.
Unfortunately, due to the large size of the product, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, any other Offshore Island or Isle or to another country.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 30 - 40 working days (6 - 8 weeks) as this product is are imported on an order-by-order basis.
The carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Bespoke Product
This product is made to order and imported on an order-by-order basis. Therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production and/or importation may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
Vehicles & Unloading
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton or 15-ton lorry, which is about the size of a dustbin lorry or large flatbed, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. Any pallets and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.

All Palmako products, as standard and unless otherwise stated are delivered unassembled in kit form with the timber being unpainted and untreated. Roofing options such as felt, EPDM and shingles may not come as standard so please check the description carefully. Depending on the model, we suggest additional extras and accessories to match with your Palmako building such as timber treatment and roofing options - these can be found under product options. Sizes shown are maximum dimensions and should be used for guidance only.
