Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to any offshore isles, islands, Northern Ireland or to the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 7 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year.

Delivery Terms
Deliveries will be made using a curtain sided vehicle with tail-lift facility (not on a hiab crane vehicle).

• Flat, hard ground access must be suitable to accommodate a rigid vehicle with tail-lift and pallet truck.
• Unloading of the delivery cannot be completed on inclines, grass, gravel, soil, rocky or uneven terrain.
• Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest flat kerbside.
• The delivery driver will not be able to take these items inside your home or through to a back garden.
• When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and is the customer's responsiblity to dispose of / reuse / recycle.
• Goods must be inspected before signing. Any damages to the product must be highlighted on the delivery note.

If an order is refused, cancelled by you or the recipient once dispatched, or unable to be delivered due to an issue related to the above terms then a cancellation charge will apply per item / bulk bag, and will be deducted from any refund owed.
