Replacement Acrylic Panels for Halls 6ft Wide Supreme (Pack of 4)

Curved glass is very expensive, as you will know if you have purchased a modern style curved glass shower in the last few years. Halls introduced it's Supreme range of greenhouses very many years ago and they wanted to add style to the practicality of greenhouses but at an affordable price. So the idea was born to create the effect of curved glass in a greenhouse by using high-grade scratch resistant acrylic.

And it worked. The Supreme range has been very popular over the years. The acrylic panels create a stunning effect but eventually, they can become brittle, get damaged, or blow out in very high winds and will eventually need to be replaced.

These panels are 610mm x 440mm x 1.5mm thick non-fade, scratch resistant acrylic that is cut to fit the Halls 6ft wide Supreme greenhouse range. If you have the 8ft wide Supreme there are replacement panels to fit.

How to Fit Replacement Acrylic Panels

Fitting them is easy but you may need a second person to hold them in place as the new panels are springy. Remove any exterior plastic film that may be on your replacement panels. Curve the new panel around the curved aluminium and slot into the retaining bars that hold it in place on the top and bottom. Secure with W shaped Spring Clips either side to secure the sides against the aluminium framing.

Note 1: to keep packaging costs to a minimum we only supply these panels in packs of FOUR. If you order 2 two packs you will get 8 individual panels.

Note 2: Both GardenSite and its main suppliers have been very conscious of profiteering opportunities under Covid-19 and we have seen, thankfully, little or no examples of this in our industry. Having said that the price of acrylic, for obvious reasons, increased dramatically. We have also seen increases in courier charges.
