Description

There is so much potential with the Lugarde Josephine P891 summerhouse that it's difficult to know which aspect of its appearance and practical qualities to emphasize first.

Something you notice immediately is the impressive amount of double glazing. There's no doubting that the interior is a large and inviting space, but it is also very light especially during the summer when sunshine will flood in.

Ventilation is provided by the two opening windows and access is easy through double doors, making the Prima Josephine a delightful garden retreat that will give you plenty of extra space for outdoor dining, relaxation and many other activities.

Measuring 4.4m x 3.5m and with 44mm thick walls, this is a serious structure that utilizes top-grade building materials and construction techniques. Very stable and hardwearing, its build qualities match the impressive appearance.

Northern European pine is a very durable wood, it's been kiln-dried to remove moisture and resist warping

Several coloured treatments are available as well as an alternative felt roofing shingles, so you can elect to be traditional or more adventurous in your choice of colours. Other options include brass or chrome metalwork, some lovely finials.

Lugarde have developed the Prima 3=1 assembly system to make installation as simple as possible without affecting the structure's integrity. Wall sections are slid into the corner uprights that are lined with aluminium, so there's no nailing or screwing to form a very robust structure.

The building is supplied as standard untreated (except for the foundation beams which are pressure treated) and features 2 casement windows PE44T (opening outwards), 2 fixed windows PJ07T and a double door PE45T all with double glazing as standard.
