We offer fast and free delivery within mainland UK on our Forest products.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days for the majority of mainland UK locations (exclusions apply - see below for details).
For the majority of mainland UK locations, Forest products are delivered to your home directly by the manufacturer. In this instance you will receive a message by phone or email with details to manually book in a chosen delivery date.
For limited areas of south east England, limited areas of the south west England, and Scotland, Forest products are delivered by a third party carrier. In this instance, the delivery timeframe will be extended due to the additional travel distance, and the carrier will contact you directly to book a delivery date once your order is ready at their delivery centre.
- Deliveries to the below postcode areas can take up to 7 - 10 working days extra, on top of the advertised lead-time:

Installation
If you have purchased an installation service with us, available on selected Forest branded sheds, structures and buildings then this is completed after successful delivery of the product and is generally completed within 1 - 2 weeks following. After successful delivery, you will be contacted directly by the installers to book in an installation date. Please ensure that you have checked the delivery for all components and keep in a safe, dry place until the installation occurs.
Unfortunately, installation is not available to the following postcodes: BT1-BT99, GY1-GY9, HS1-HS9, IM1-IM9, IV41-IV56, JE1-JE5, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PO30-PO41, PO49, TR21-TR25.
Vehicles We Use
For the majority of cases, items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places. Typically they are a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be maneuvered on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the maneuvering of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Perfect for the summer
Had to save up for a while to afford this gazebo but it was well worth it, can't fault the workmanship and on the occasional sunny days we've had this summer it's been a treat to sit inside.

Solid Structure
At this price the Arden is definitely a considered purchase but I like the style and the protection that it gave. I rang Gardensite to ask a couple of Q's and got the answers I needed, which is great. They are open 7 days a week on the phone. Installation was painless enough as most of the sections are fairly large so it constructs quite quickly. Two people recommended though. Looks great though, really pleased!

I note that this gazebo has a floor. What kind of base do you recommend? The gazebo is intended to go in a bit of wooded area at the back of the garden which is essentially bare earth, do we need to place pad stones or should raking level and landscape fabric be enough?
We Replied:Dear John Thank you for your question. You may be able to locate it on ground that is compacted, level and firm, even when wet. However, ideally the gazebo needs to go on a solid compacted base made up of slabs, plannings or concrete. Using a quality weed fabric will act as a barrier to the wood touching the damp ground which will also protect the timber from absorbing moisture.
