Description
The Outdoor Chef MiniChef 420 Electric Kettle BBQ brilliantly combines the benefits of Outdoor Chef's funnel system with the convenience of being mains powered so it can be up and running in minutes!
Just like the MiniChef gas-powered equivalent, this model sports a black porcelain-enamelled hinged kettle with a built-in thermometer so you can easily and accurately monitor the internal temperature. However, underneath the porcelain-enamelled grill is where things begin to differ.
Under the grill, you'll find the electric-powered element that heats up to deliver consistent temperatures of up to 300°C for perfect BBQ grilling results. Its temperature will depend on the heat setting you select on the intuitive, front-mounted, control panel which offers 7 different heat levels.
Residing below the heating element is the funnel reflector system which works by reflecting heat back up the grill and evaporating any drippings, sealing the flavour back into the food. Any drippings that aren't evaporated are channelled into the drip cup below. This reflector is covered in an exchangeable foil cover for protection and easy maintenance.
The inclusion of a support ring allows for different cooking methods other than grilling. To use it, simply remove the cooking grid and replace it with the support ring. This allows you to, for example, place a griddle or hotplate on top for varied cooking. What's more, you're able to add a stylish and practical trolley to your order from the options below, raising the working height and providing storage for a gas bottle and accessories below.
All-in-all, this BBQ offers you a no-fuss alternative to more traditional charcoal or gas-powered barbecues, capable of cooking up delicious food in your garden or on an outdoor trip, as long as mains power is available!

Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland.
We offer fast, free delivery within mainland England, Wales and southern parts of Scotland. (Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above.)
Mainland and upper Scotland areas (as deemed by the delivery carrier as above Glasgow/Edinburgh) and selected Offshore Isles will incur a separate delivery charge which can be found via the delivery options on the product page above.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book a convenient delivery date.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to this product's nature, BBQs will be delivered to the front of the property to the nearest location on a wooden pallet. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
