The Medium 4 Pool Rock Waterfall will make a marvellous focal point or centrepiece wherever it is positioned. Accurately detailed, the polyresin construction is much lighter than natural stone but looks so convincing.

Self-contained, all you need is to reach a power supply with the 10m cable that's included.  Water will then be pumped and returned to the reservoir, beautifully highlighted by low voltage LEDs.

Medium 4 Pool Rock Waterfall Features:

  • Polyresin natural rock
  • Self-contained
  • Low voltage LEDs
  • Low voltage pump
  • 10 metres of electrical cable

Medium 4 Pool Rock Waterfall Dimensions:

  • Height: 64cm (25ins)
  • Width: 45cm (17ins)
  • Depth: 39cm (15ins)
  • Weight: 18kg (40lbs)

We advise that you always drain water features during the winter to prevent the water inside freezing and damaging the feature.

The best way to protect your fountain is to use a protection cover.

Important Safety Information on Water Features for Garden and Outdoor Use

This product should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions. It is our recommendation that the product is drained completely and covered during the winter or alternatively drained and placed indoors. The electrical cable is permanently connected and sealed in the pump body. If the supply cable is damaged the pump must not be used. It must be discarded.

For safety-All outdoor wiring MUST be installed and tested by a qualified electrician BEFORE connection to the mains. A Residual Current Device (RCD) also known as a Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB) having a tripping current not exceeding 30mA must be installed in the supply circuit. A 3 amp fuse must be fitted in the supply circuit. This product must be earthed at all times.

For outdoor use the pump has to be permanently connected to the fixed wiring at the mains system other than by means of a plug and socket. If an extension cable is required this must be connected to the end of the pump cable using a watertight cable connector. A means of disconnection from the supply having a contact separation of at least 3mm in all poles must be incorporated in the fixed wiring. Permanent installation to the mains supply must conform to the regulations of the local electricity authority and would include the use of a plastic or metal conduit to protect the cable.

Always disconnect the mains electricity supply whilst the equipment is being installed, repaired, cleaned, maintained and handled or while replacing light bulbs.

Questions and Answers (1)

Margaret Jones Asked:

I received the Medium 4 Pool Water Feature received this week. The included instructions are useless. Are there any more detailed instructions for connecting the water feature than were included in the box?

We Replied:

Dear Margaret Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the only instructions for this feature are the diagram instructions that come with the boxed item, but as the water features are all self-contained, they are easy to get set up; (1) Firstly, find the clear pump hose that runs through the feature. Connect this to the outlet on the outside of the pump (2) Ensure each light lead is pulled through into each bowl (3 lights for 3 separate bowls) (3) Connect the ends of each of these leads to the ‘splitter’ cable (4) Connect the splitter cable to the other outlet on the pump (5) Plug the transformer into the mains (6) Fill the reservoir of the feature (the largest bottom bowl) with water ensuring the pump is fully submersed in water (7) Turn on the feature, the water may take a second to start flowing Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system. Kind regards Ellie Goodall
