Important Safety Information
This product should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions. It is recommended that the product is drained completely and covered during the winter with a suitable protection cover, or alternatively drained and placed inside a garden shed, storage box or stored indoors.
These water features, unless stated as being solar-powered, or unless otherwise stated are provided with a UK 3-pin standard plug. The plug section of the water feature kit is not weatherproof and so will need to either be plugged inside a socket inside the home, with the wire being fed out into the garden, or used in conjunction with an outdoor weatherproof socket or dribox.
For safety - the installation of outdoor weatherproof sockets and driboxes should be installed and tested by a qualified electrician.
Always disconnect the mains electricity supply whilst the equipment is being installed, repaired, cleaned, maintained and handled or while replacing light bulbs.

Can you adjust the pump speed to slow the water movement?
We Replied:Dear Jan Thank you for your question. The pump has a small turn-style button which can increase or decrease the water flow pressure. However, this function can only decrease or increase the water flow by a limited amount to ensure that there is enough power to keep the water running smoothly yet slow enough to ensure that the pump can last as long as mechanically possible.
