Description
A real stand-out feature for anyone's garden, this is a self-contained water fountain that has a magical glass ball which will spin as water flows beneath it, the water then trickles down the wall of the feature creating a lovely ripple effect.
Made from heavy duty resin which is high quality, the feature can be moved to where it can be most enjoyed but is heavy enough to remain stable. LEDs add to the spinning ball's marvellous qualities and the feature can be admired during daylight hours and after dark.

Important Safety Information
This product should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions. It is recommended that the product is drained completely and covered during the winter with a suitable protection cover, or alternatively drained and placed inside a garden shed, storage box or stored indoors.
These water features, unless stated as being solar-powered, or unless otherwise stated are provided with a UK 3-pin standard plug. The plug section of the water feature kit is not weatherproof and so will need to either be plugged inside a socket inside the home, with the wire being fed out into the garden, or used in conjunction with an outdoor weatherproof socket or dribox.
For safety - the installation of outdoor weatherproof sockets and driboxes should be installed and tested by a qualified electrician.
Always disconnect the mains electricity supply whilst the equipment is being installed, repaired, cleaned, maintained and handled or while replacing light bulbs.

An eye stopping feature
Purchased this in June last year at a competitive price compared to local garden centres. Great feature admired by many of our friends, but as questions will show I did comment on brevity of installation instructions. Followed the instructions - drained down and stored over winter. On reassembly whilst the water flowed it wouldn't turn the ball. Ah lightbulb comes on after contacting Gardensite! Stripped out the small motor and found that a slug had decided to camp! Having removed the remains of said blighter the fountain now works perfectly!

Mystic Water Feature
After seeing this feature in a store that then went out of stock, found it through Google and so glad I did, as really love it. Only slight issue - instructions very small and not good. Needs to be bigger and more explicit. The plastic hose inside had disconnected from the top and they don't mention that. Got there in the end.

I understand distilled water should be used in water features, is this true? It's expensive and really hard to find.
We Replied:Dear Graham Thank you for your question. A problem can be the build up of limescale if you live in a hard water area. You have two options available. The instructions are quite sparse but this item is extremely easy to set up as all that is required is to put the pump and crystal ball into place, then it's ready to enjoy. We Replied:Dear Kate Thank you for your question. Generally, issues with the ball not spinning are to do with the flow setting on the pump. On the pump, you should find a small dial which can be turned to adjust the power of the water flow, it may be that your pump needs turning up a little more for the flow of water to be powerful enough to aid the ball in spinning.
