Description
The Large (Crystal Ball) Fountain Water Feature is wonderfully original, creating a marvellous effect that can be enjoyed in both house and garden.
Acting as a centrepiece is a spinning glass ball, and the flowing water together with LED illumination produce a tremendously intriguing effect.
Fully appreciated after dark, this feature is crafted from heavy duty resin, a highly durable material that is weather resistant.
It is self-contained, so includes a reservoir and pump instead of having to be plumbed into the mains, and comes complete with a 10 metre cable for easy positioning.

Important Safety Information
This product should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions. It is recommended that the product is drained completely and covered during the winter with a suitable protection cover, or alternatively drained and placed inside a garden shed, storage box or stored indoors.
These water features, unless stated as being solar-powered, or unless otherwise stated are provided with a UK 3-pin standard plug. The plug section of the water feature kit is not weatherproof and so will need to either be plugged inside a socket inside the home, with the wire being fed out into the garden, or used in conjunction with an outdoor weatherproof socket or dribox.
For safety - the installation of outdoor weatherproof sockets and driboxes should be installed and tested by a qualified electrician.
Always disconnect the mains electricity supply whilst the equipment is being installed, repaired, cleaned, maintained and handled or while replacing light bulbs.

love love love it!
I saw this water feature at an up market garden centre and found it on line much cheaper. The whole transaction from an ordering, delivery, price and quality perspective has been superb. The water feature is gorgeous especially at night and was easy to put together. The only downside is that the crystal ball doesn't rotate all the time it keeps getting stuck. Any ideas for a solution to this would be appreciated.
We Replied:Thank you for your feedback. Limescale can often be the cause for the ball not always rotating and a water softener or descaler may be needed especially if you are in a hard water area. I hope this helps further. Kind Regards David Coton

Saw it, Bought it!
I saw this on display at Hall's aquatic store in Sutton Coldfield, it looked great so I bought it, they didn't have one in stock but they sent one straight to me from the supplier and it was delivered perfect fine and now looks great as a centre piece!

I already have this water feature, but the ball is very reluctant to spin. It doesn't spin as quick as it did when I first bought it, sometimes stopping altogether. Can you recommend anything to rectify the problem?
