First Class Service/First Class Product.
Having used my water feature over the years since purchase in 2011 without a problem I was not surprised when just before the end on this years season the pump failed. Prior to disposing of my water feature I carried out an Internet search and found both this Company and Product and I can only say the Company were excellent to deal with, the New Pump was delivered within a few days , well packed and with clear instructions for use the 10 Metre Cable is far more substantial and robust than that fitted to my original pump which I placed in a plastic pipe for protection. Overall I am more than happy wit( the Company and this Product.

Good value, prompt delivery and excellent service
We are very pleased with this pump which works perfectly. The service was most helpful. We had a call to indicate that the make of pump that we had ordered was not available. We were offered an alternative which was fine.

Pump for water feature
Bought this pump for my water feature. I ordered the wrong pump but when I phoned up it was no problem the gentleman said I should repack it and send it back and they would refund my money. I reordered the right pump which was delivered next day. I cannot fault the service i had.

Perfect present for Water Feature Enthusiasts.
I had to wait some time for the 2nd Pump - the 1st arrived "the next day" but having been advised by phone that the stock had been exhausted I waited patiently for the order to be filled. I reminded them by e-mail and they contacted their Wholesaler who advised them when they would be restocked. It arrived the next day.

Excellent service
This pump is an excellent replacement for my original pump. It doesn't have the led lights but I don't mind that. The first pump I ordered I felt was too small so requested a return so I could buy a larger one. As soon as they received it back they phoned me and asked if I wanted a refund or pay the extra over the phone. This was a Friday and by Monday morning it arrived. Will definitely buy from again.
