Description
The Sea Otters water feature from Henri Studio is probably one of the most delightful and adorable features within the range.
A family of otters play and bathe across the three tiers of pools, as the water trickles down from one bowl to the next via the included pump.
The entire feature is self-contained, meaning that no water supply is required apart from the first filling. A pump with a lengthy 10 metre cable allows for plenty of room to connect it to a electrical socket, either indoors or to an outdoor weatherproof box.
Crafted from cast stone, this water feature is proudly made in America and imported direct to us so that we can share the delights of these playful otters with our customers, letting them enjoy the fun and tranquil experience for many years to come.

It's supplied in seven sections to make manoeuvring easier at home and everything but the water and electricity are included to get it up and running as soon as you have it delivered!
Please Note: The included pump does not come with a fitted plug, so one will need to be installed unless you plan on getting an electrician to wire it straight into a mains outlet.
As these products are hand-crafted, dimensions are approximated as each one will uniquely vary slightly.
Please Note: We advise you to drain your fountain over winter and cover it with a protective cover, to avoid any frost damage from occurring. Also, Henri Studio's features are heavy so we always recommend extreme caution and at least a 2 - 4 person lift.

We offer free mainland UK delivery on orders over £60.00. Smaller orders under £60.00 are subject to a £4.95 delivery charge. Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year.

Where delivery is made on a pallet, which may be wood or some other material, it is of the customer's responsibility to dispose or recycle the pallet and any associated packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot have any of these items collected or disposed of on the customer's behalf.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days via a pallet delivery carrier.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the large nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable (think of the empty pallet as free kindling!). Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck.

First water feature
Received my water feature with no problems at all. It arrived on a pallet via a reputable overnight palletways company I actually use myself. It arrived safely packed and was really easy to put together ,all that was needed was a plug on the pump And water. The quality is excellent it does have that heavy stone feel and look I was after . Me personally I was after some thing a little different to the normal feature and I’ve found exactly what I wanted ,It looks and sounds amazing in my garden . Expensive yes a little but I believe you get what you pay for If this is the type of thing for you I would whole heartedly recommend it for your focal point.
