mr a booth Asked:

After cleaning the filters on my Fluval 306, and putting it back together, it will not stop leaking. When the clips are fastened they move as though they not tight. Can you please advise me as to what the problem might be?

We Replied:

Dear Mr Booth Thank you for your question. Please check that the lid seal is in place and that there is no grit or debris on the seal, as this could cause the seal to leak. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system. Kind regards Dan Everton
