Easy to set up,very simple system and efficient in use. owned this model for over 10 years and with minimum maintenance it is still working, only sorrow is that I did not buy the model with UV light
I am wanting to add a filter to a pond for my ducks. No bigger than 3' X 3' X 1.5' which is approx 355 litres of water. I am getting a solar powered pump, will this filter be able to be used with this?
We Replied:Dear Joan Thank you for your question. This filter would work in this pond but will not stop the water from going green as there is no U.V, There are no solar versions of this filter but we would strongly recommend using a mains pump and filter as to work efficiently you need the filter to be running 24/7, something solar unfortunately cannot provide .
